The vinyl floor is brand new 4/26! A sliding glass door opens from the dining room to a full-size deck. Some boards have been replaced. (The new owner can choose their own stain color after they move in ). The view is nice from here because of the location of the house. It feels more open. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms--all with ceiling fans, and a full bath decorated in Tiffany blue, that shows off a new higher vanity sink with wide/deep drawers and a Bathfitter tub /shower. The enclosure has a tile-look surface, and there are 6 shelves for the bath supplies. There's a white medicine cabinet over the toilet to match the mirror. Very nice full bath! All the bedrooms are painted in a neutral color. The hardwoods are showing all through the 2nd floor. There is a finished room in the lower level , with neutral carpeting, that boasts a bar and an open ceiling like you would see in homes and apartments in Downtown Philly.
