NOT currently listed on Historic role gives new buyer greater flexibility to possibility convert back to a house. Or to make further modifications to interior. Allowed to be converted to an office with ARB approval 1983, permits in 1984. Public records show structure was built in 1895 with indication of updating in 1950.
