The 57± acre Siletz River Tract offers a well-located timberland investment along the western bank of the Siletz River, with approximately 1,500± feet of river frontage. Ojalla Park, which provides a public boat ramp, restroom, and parking, is located nearby. The tract was logged in the 1960s, and partially harvested again in the 1990s. Access for logging was from the easement. Seller does not have a timber inventory. It appears that the property has a mix of 30 to 60 year-old conifer and hardwoods. It is estimated that, after buffering the river, 54± acres would be available to be harvested and replanted in Douglas-fir. The Douglas-fir Site Class is II and the topography is moderate, with primarily south-facing slopes. Access to the Siletz River is less than one mile from Ojalla Park Boat Ramp.
