This rental is a 1-1/2 story Gambrel style, single family home situated in a secluded and private location of Sutton. Nestled in the Lake Sunapee area; it is about 10 minutes away from the mountain and there are plenty of water sources nearby for kayaking, boating and fishing. It's interior is beautiful and spacious with wood floors. The tenant will be responsible for all utilities. 2 pets (litter trained or outside cats, and or well behaved dogs) allowed, once "interviewed" by owner/management. A fee of $25.00 per pet, per month is charged. There is currently a tenant there till the 1st of May. Will need to set up viewings around there schedule. To qualify for this unit, prospective tenants must show consistent income of at least 2.5 times the asking monthly rental rate ($5000). Tenants must have a minimum credit score of 650 to qualify and all references will be checked.
