Purpose-built rail-served bulk terminal originally developed as a frac sand transload facility and later adapted for additional bulk material handling uses. Additional improvements include two Avery Weigh Tronix truck scales measuring approximately 174 feet each, a large improved yard with aggregate base, truck circulation and staging areas, and an on-site pond. Originally developed for frac sand transloading and later permitted for coal drying and truck loadout operations, the property demonstrates flexibility for a variety of industrial uses.
