There is a half bath on the ground floor and a jack-and-jill style bathroom on the 2nd floor accessible through one bedroom and the main upstairs hallway; it hosts two separate sink areas. There is one covered parking space directly in front of Unit 214 where the building's mailboxes are also conveniently located. A private entry courtyard provides extra outdoor living space, a separate storage unit, and an assigned area for the exterior garbage can. Pets will be considered, and there would be a nonrefundable fee per pet.
