The living room and all bedrooms have a multiple speed, lighted fan. A 22kw Generac generator was added in 2024. The plumbing throughout the house is new and features two highly efficient manifold plumbing units that save on water use and energy costs. Additional savings are provided by a commercial grade, gas, tankless hot water unit. The unsung hero of the plumbing system is the whole-house water filter that pays for itself every day by removing microscopic sediment, minerals that would cause damage to the water heater and refrigerator, and provides really fresh tasting water. Also added in 2024 is the new 3-zoned HVAC system, which separates the electric cooling unit from the gas heating unit, creating substantial annual energy savings. Additionally, unlike older forced-air systems, this one is so calm and quiet, you can't tell when it is running. Entry to the main level features a spectacular 20-foot vaulted ceiling accented by an 18-foot stone wall, intricately tiled floor, and eye-catching solid oak stairway. The rest of the house uses standard 8-foot ceilings, which, with the newly rebuilt exterior walls and HVAC system, keep the entire house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter at less cost. Completing the main level is the over-sized kitchen featuring a large pantry, two separate sink areas, a 48-inch 6-burner, 2-oven, center griddle gas stove complete with a commercial venting system. The kitchen opens into a dining area that transitions into the livingroom with its cozy wood-burning fireplace. Completing the main level is a newly remodeled contemporary en suite master bedroom, a guest bedroom, an office/bedroom, and a second full bath. Access to the second level leads to a favorite workspace: a loft studio. This level is anchored by a primary suite providing a private retreat with a cedar-lined walk-in closet, Hollywood doors opening into an all-tile primary bath featuring an oversize shower, individual pedestal sinks, and a 25-inch soaking tub with 10 Jacuzzi jets. Each of the four windows offers views of multiple outside gardens.
