761 Main Street

761 Main Street is a 5,824 square foot, mixed-use building in the Theater District on the border of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Built in 1936, the storefront has a quaint, neo classical facade on Main Street, while the rear of the building can be accessed from Washington Street via the private driveway. Inside, the space has a mostly open floor plan with high ceilings and an attractive loft at the rear of the building with a balcony facing the entrance. The loft includes a half bath.
