Located in the woods just north of downtown Broken Bow, you will find The Leatherwoods Cabin. This brand new cabin is not only easy to find but sleeps 4 in great comfort. This two bedroom, two and one-half bath cabin is over 1600 square feet. As you pull up, you will notice the large front porch with rockers great for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is also a cover bike pad great for parking your motorcycles or ATV. Once inside the cabin boasts a large family room with fireplace, large-screen smart TV and reclining couches and chair. The fully equipped kitchen has a large island with breakfast stools, table and chairs, and all that most will need to cook a great family meal. Off of the kitchen you will find a great powder room and full-sized washer and dryer incase you need to run a load of laundry. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the cabin providing great privacy. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with luxury pillow-top mattress and luxury linens. Both bedrooms have a smart TV in case you wish to watch a movie or the news in the comfort of your room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The first has a walk-in shower and separate tub. The second has a large walk in shower. The property has a tankless hot water system so you will never have to worry about running out of hot water. There is also a full-sized air mattress as well. Just off of the kitchen, is a large covered deck/patio with a fireplace, large smart TV, gas grill, and large hot tub. This is especially nice when there is inclement weather. This is a great patio year round. Just off the deck, you will find a large fire pit surrounded by string lights for family gatherings or roasting some s'mores hot off of the campfire.It is about 10 a minute drive north to the Beavers Bend State Park and popular Hochatown. The grocery stores and many restaurants are just a few minutes from this cabin as well.
