There are no restrictions, and one could build as many homes as the county would allow. The nearest school is less than one mile. City water is available. There is over 1200' of frontage on Carrington Lane. Roll back taxes will come into play should new owner change the statis of the land. At that time new owner will be responsible for those taxes. If it is kept as, it is now, and one home built on the 38 acres then the roll back taxes would only come up on the one acre. The rest of acreage could stay in AG if you register it at the county.
