The drainages are well stocked with softwood, hardwood and large white pine trees. Minnesota Creek flows through the tract on the east side. This tract is located in an area with plenty of wildlife for the hunter and is adjacent to 1,000's of acres of corporate CFA land and USA National Forest lands.
