There is limited overflow parking for your guests. Pay a low association fee of $750 annually, and the only additional expenses are your property taxes and sewer fee assessed during the open season. A grassy common area is available for the neighborhood to enjoy outdoor BBQ's or summer socializing. Sorry no pets. Rental of the unit allowed after the first year of ownership.
