The Sterling is one of our most popular floor plans from our Heritage series collection for good reason, and the final one has started! The home has an intuitive layout with open space on the first floor with a beautiful flow from kitchen to dining into living room with 11’ tall architectural vaulted ceilings. The space is thoughtfully designed with designated space for an entertainment center, and extra cabinetry across from the kitchen for optimal storage.
