What a fantastic price on this interesting building lot in an established neighborhood; while it has a few challenges, it is workable, & would have so much character once completed. My vision: build on the flat side...maybe a smaller 2-story, T-shaped ranch or 1.5 story. Put a wooden bridge over the little drainage stream that has large rocks in several areas (quite aesthetic!). on the higher side or in the back, create a firepit area with log or rock seats.
