The Seguin Guadalupe River Ranch is 79.63 +/- acres, located outside of Seguin, Texas, and features approximately 4,000 +/- feet of Guadalupe River frontage. This ranch is a recreational paradise, with panoramic views and beautiful oak-studded build sites overlooking the lush Guadalupe River basin. This stretch of the Guadalupe provides a nice combination of gently flowing water with some areas of river rapids, which allow for recreational activities, such as swimming, kayaking, fishing, and tubing.
