This beautiful Mid-Century Cape Cod has been lovingly maintained by it's original family since it was built in 1959. Several original features are still in place, accentuating the care that this home has received. A second bath has been roughed in on the second floor. One is able to enjoy Mountain views from the Den, Dining Room, Kitchen, and the Three Season Room. The decorative beams in the Living Room were obtained from a deconstructed bridge over the Delaware River when the Pepacton Reservoir was formed. Interior doors were obtained from a Historic Hotel in the Catskills prior to it's destruction. It's location on a dead end street allows for a quiet existence close to all amenities.
