Northside Villiage: Commonly known for years as a watermen village on the north side of Chesconessex Creek. As of late, many of the modest homes have been restored to today's upscale standards. The tributary of the creek has created a boat basin and rookery at the headwaters lining the shoreline, of Lot 1. Surveyed with septic installed and well certification.
