One of the best combination hunting and cattle places I have seen in a long time! There is approximately 77 acres planted in wheat with yearlings being grazed out. The remaining acreage has 60 feet of elevation change with fabulous panoramic views. The current hunters have picked this high point to set up camp. Both the hunting and grass lease terminates July 1. This ranch has 3 ponds, 2 of which are close to an acre or more in size and at least one has fish.
