This is a great plan by builder Rolina Homes. The images you see are of the home under construction in Downtown Southport. The home pictured is the first time this builder, Rolina is building this floor plan so we don't have photography of the completed home but I just know that it's going to be beautiful! Expected completion date of June 2024. Yay! You can choose your colors and other finishes from the builder's options if you get in early. The best part about it is the owner of the land will finance the entire build for you. No worries about a construction loan. So easy peezy, right! There is another lot right next door on Springdale that you can also build on with the owner financing the build. I'm happy to show you in person or send links to videos of the options. Oh and by the way you can park your boat and/or RV on your own lot plus have plenty of room for a workshop or pool on this large lot. Happy house hunting!!
