The hunting on this property has proven to be very good with several nice Whitetails harvested. There are 5 stock tanks on the property. The water photos displayed in this listing were taken in July 2023 which was a very dry period in this region, yet there was water. Perhaps it would be feasible to merge the four tanks into one larger lake. Remaining structures include a good metal 3-bay garage/shop, water well, antique barn with pens, kids treehouse, open deck, firepit, and fenced lawn. Large Texas Live Oak trees surround the house in a well manicured native lawn.
