You are a short distance by boat to Crooked Creek Marina and Goat Island. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the deck ot back porch overlooking the long view of the lake. This home shares a driveway with the house next door but it has it's own parking pad at the street large enough for 3 to 4 cars. Roof was replaced in 2023.
