This indoor cannabis cultivation facility is ready to GROW. The property is situated right off of I-35 for easy and quick distribution. There are currently 100 lights in the grow but it has the capacity for 400. Current layout includes (4) 1,500 SF flower rooms. Two are complete and two need to be finished. Equipment includes (16) 24' x 3' tables, (6) Anden 320 Dehus and 60 tons of AC. The grow is fully automated for irrigation. The remainder of the warehouse space can be easily converted into additional grow rooms or dry/cure space. The possibilities are endless with this large industrial building!
