Shopping, dining out, medical services and white water rafting in Buena Vista is an estimate 45 minutes away with Denver about two hour to the northeast and Colorado Springs about 90 minutes to the east. A well has not been drilled nor has a septic system been installed but electricity is available on the Stacker Drive side of the lot.
