The following brief descriptions will give you a general view of our market areas.

Larchmont/Mamaroneck
The lifestyle in our community is the blend of a unique environment of seashore and delightful woods along with a social life ranging from international sophistication to a quaint New England charm. Here you will find comfortable homes, both large and small, and distinctive estates nestled amid tree-lined streets or along a pictureque shoreline with deep harbors on the Long Island Sound.

All these delights are just a short drive from first class shopping featuring many of the finest New York stores, shops, and chic boutiques. Our superior school system is the major reason many newcomers cite as influencing their decision to settle in Larchmont and Mammaroneck. Larchmont is part of the Mamaroneck school system, which is recognized as one of the finest in Westchester County. A tremendous range of courses and activities are available to all levels of students and include accelerated and remedial programs. The High School has an award-winning arts and education department and unparalleled science research program, excellent music program, and a media center equipped with a complete broadcast-ready television studio. Students who live in the section of Mamaroneck that is incorporated in the Town of Rye are served by the Rye Neck School System. This is a smaller school district of about 1,000 students and has an excellent reputation for delivering superior education and a great deal of individual attention to its students.
Municipal recreation programs are offered on a year round basis and includes youth soccer, hockey, little league, midget football, basketball, swimming, tennis and softball. There's an olympic-size pool open year round for the public at the middle school and an ice rink in the winter months. The Emelin Theatre for the Performing Arts is renown for its summer workshop, as well as providing more than 250 excellent performances a year.

New Rochelle
Steeped in history and abounding with reminders of a colorful past, New Rochelle is one of the oldest cities of the northeast. It currently offers some of the most attractive and distinctive homes in the county, as well as conveniently located condominiums and co-ops. Recently, New Rochelle has attracted many developers who have redesigned large areas of the downtown into state-of-the art entertainment and shopping arenas.
Although only 18 miles to New York City and 28 minutes via train to Grand Central, New Rochelle enjoys over 9 miles of waterfront, beaches and marinas, as well as over 100 acres of inland waters. Additionally, there are over 230 acres devoted to 41 tree filled parks and another 100 acres devoted to a bucolic nature preserve. The Municipal Marina provides over 500 slips and moorings for boating enthusiasts.
New Rochelle has one of the most extensive educational systems in Westchester County. There are 6 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, and one central high school, which has long been recognized for the quality of its academic programs. It boasts an olympic-size pool and a planetarium.
