Weichert Promotes Denise Smith to President of Real Estate Services

The Weichert Family of Companies is pleased to announce the promotion of Denise Smith to president of real estate services for Weichert, one of the largest family-owned and -operated real estate companies in the nation. 

As part of her new role, Smith will now oversee Weichert, Realtors, the organization’s coveted residential brokerage company, supporting newly appointed president Carlo Siracusa and all regional vice presidents with executing their sales strategies. In addition, she will continue to be responsible for the growth and success of Weichert’s affiliated companies: Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Weichert Referral Associates, Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Weichert New Homes, Weichert Property Management and Weichert.com.

Smith, who began her career at Weichert 29 years ago as director of public relations, most recently served as president of affiliated services and senior vice president of administration. A graduate of Douglass Residential College of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, she holds a bachelor’s degree in communications. Smith is also a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and is a member of the National Association of Realtors’ Real Estate Services Advisory Board and the International Association of Business Communicators. A lifelong New Jersey resident, Smith resides in Tewksbury Township with her husband and two sons.
