Weichert Promotes Carlo Siracusa to President of Residential Brokerage

The Weichert Family of Companies is pleased to announce that Carlo Siracusa has been promoted to president of residential brokerage for Weichert, Realtors, one of the largest family-owned and -operated real estate companies in the nation. 

In this esteemed role, Siracusa will continue to be responsible for leading sales production and sales force growth for Weichert, Realtors, while delivering Weichert’s full-service value proposition to all of its customers. “I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to provide leadership on a new level to Weichert, Realtors with this responsibility,” said Siracusa. “I am eager to continue working toward helping our Weichert sales associates achieve even greater success.” 

Siracusa has served Weichert as a successful associate, sales manager and regional vice president during his 18 years with the company. “We are extremely proud to promote Carlo to this coveted role within our organization,” said James Weichert Jr., vice chairman of Weichert Companies. “Under his devoted leadership, he has continued to position Weichert, Realtors well both for immediate success and long-term growth, and we look forward to his new accomplishments in this position.” 

Siracusa brings vast experience to his new role, most recently serving as head of residential sales for Weichert, Realtors, a position he assumed in February 2017. Siracusa joined Weichert as a sales associate in 2000 and quickly became a top producer in the Corporate Headquarters sales office. In 2005, Siracusa became the sales manager in Clifton, N.J., and was promoted to lead the Corporate Headquarters sales team in 2007, where he was a repeat recipient of the Regional Manager of the Year award. In 2015, Siracusa was promoted to regional vice president, and in 2016, he led his team of 20 sales managers to their most successful year since 2008.
