Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Named One of the Fastest Growing Franchises in North America

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. has been named as one of the fastest-growing franchises in North America by Entrepreneur magazine in its “Fastest-Growing Franchises of the Year” list for 2016. Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is one of only two traditional real estate franchises to appear on this year’s list, an annual ranking of approximately the 100 fastest-growing franchises. This is the first time the company has appeared on this exclusive list since 2005.
Described by Entrepreneur magazine as “top performers,” this year’s list of franchises was compiled from its 2016 “Franchise 500” list and was based on their growth between July 2014 and July 2015. The list accounted for 9,695 new franchises opened in North America during this timeframe.
