Weichert to Hold Special Home Buyers Seminar Nationwide

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Wondering whether now is the right time to buy a home? Unsure of how much house you can afford?  Weichert, Realtors® wants prospective buyers to know “it pays to ask” these questions!  

On Saturday, February 9, Weichert, Realtors, along with its affiliate companies, Weichert Financial Services and Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., will host home buyers seminars in each of its more than 500 company owned and franchised offices.  The seminar, entitled “It Pays to Ask,” is designed to educate home buyers, especially those looking to purchase their first home, on the current real estate market and the advantages of home ownership.

This free, no-obligation, special seminar, beginning at 11:00 a.m., will include a brief presentation followed by a question and answer session.  At the conclusion, attendees will have the opportunity to schedule a financial consultation for a free mortgage credit decision.   To reserve your seat at the Home Buyers Seminar, call your local Weichert office.

With mortgage financing being a key component of most home purchases, the “It Pays to Ask” Home Buyers Seminar will discuss the essentials of securing home financing and will explain why, even in a “buyer’s market,” it’s advisable to get an analysis of your “buying power.”  In many locations, a mortgage representative from Weichert Financial Services, called a Gold Services Manager, will be on hand to share valuable insights with interested buyers.  This Gold Services Manager will also explain Weichert’s personalized approach to mortgage financing and how buyers can benefit from purchasing in today’s market.
