The annual meeting welcomed nearly 900 brokers and relocation professionals from leading domestic and international real estate firms.
In an interactive session entitled “Relocation Pricing and Profitability,” Roche analyzed some of the factors affecting the cost of workforce mobility, including heightened global competition, rising appraised values of employee homes, revenue sharing, and the growing influence of procurement on vendor selection.
