The town of Prospect provides another choice for a residential haven in a primarily rural environment. Approximately one quarter of the town’s area is owned by three water companies, which protects the countryside from development and creates an open feeling. Enhancing the recreational amenities, a chain of lakes has been created on the surrounding hills.
