Welcome home to charm, character and privacy in Skaneateles Falls! From the moment you step onto the beautiful front porch, you'll feel right at home. Picture slow mornings with a cup of coffee and quiet evenings watching the seasons change, with a cozy front yard that offers a surprising sense of privacy. Out back, the double lot spans over half an acre and has plenty of peaceful spots to curl up with a book, enjoy your morning coffee, or simply take a private moment to yourself. Inside, a gorgeous foyer sets the tone for the character found throughout: high ceilings, hardwood floors in some rooms, beautiful trim and elegant crown molding. Large, newer windows fill the home with natural light. The first floor offers a formal living room and a spacious dining room for entertaining which flows into an updated kitchen. A first-floor laundry and a full bathroom add everyday convenience. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom, plus the hallway has charming window nooks at either end, one big enough for a desk. The full basement can be reached from inside the first floor and through exterior bulkhead doors, providing excellent storage. So many updates have been done! The furnace is just one year old, the kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled, some plumbing is new, and much more. Be prepared to be impressed! The location is just as special. Skaneateles Falls offers a quiet, small-town hamlet feel in the sought-after Skaneateles School District, just minutes from the shops, restaurants and lakefront of the Village of Skaneateles and beautiful Skaneateles Lake.
