149 Wadley Road

Looking for land that is set up with all utilities? This 5+ acres tract would make a perfect hobby farm that once had horses grazing its pastures. The mobile home needs to be removed and selling for no value. This property is fenced and has a couple of old barns as well. Cliffy creek runs across the property so will have a water source for your animals. Driveway, City water meter, electric meter and septic are all in place, just needs a house to be built, mobile home added or would even make a great place for a camper or tiny house site. Do not enter mobile home, some floors are unsafe...
