Lot 9 EC Stepp Drive

As you turn off of Shoal Creek Rd. onto the half-mile private drive the anxieties of the world begin to melt away... You pass a few neighboring homesites, wide-open pasture, varying hardwoods on either side of the drive, and sometimes even a "few" deer or other wildlife as you make your way back to the quiet cul-de-sac. Lot 9 is just one of four 9.47 acre estate-lots for your choosing located in the private, undeveloped EC Stepp community featuring two community ponds on an additional 10+ acres of shared community space that can be accessed by way of a deeded 20' access easement across the back of all community tracts. Lot 9 is just one of three tracts in the community that features frontage on BEAUTIFUL Camp Creek. Spring fed, originating approximately one mile upstream, and surrounded mostly by undisturbed forestry.... Camp Creek is one of just a few remaining creeks in the area that features crystal-clear water that is perfect for wildlife and recreation. The rolling topography winds back to a nice flat area towards the back of the lot perfect for your homesite -- perc tests in hand. Quiet tracts with in-tact hardwoods, creek frontage, and this level of privacy in the Campton area do not come on market often. Schedule your tour to see this property in person today!
