The Great Satilla Preserve provides landowners approximately 2,500 acres alongside 5.5 miles of river frontage on the Satilla River. There are forty-five secluded lots, home sites are platted, all between 5 and 20 acres. All owners are equal members in the Great Satilla Preserve Property Owner's Association which administers the Preserve and it's amenities.
