Power was diconnected and an investigation on a connection has been started by the owner. APS has a line running through the property approx 100 feet from the cabin. The cabin's interior is a great room with a wood burning stove and a fireplace. There are several wood frame windows with screens and a brand new front door and casing. The concrete floor is in good shape. The outdated ceiling material was removed exposing wood joists, etc in great shape. There is a connected bathroom-kichen off the family room that needs to be redone. All that remains is a toilet and sink that may not be salvaged. Out side there is a built in barbecue area my favorite aspect is a well bult concrete staircase with handrail down to a recreational field and creek below. The views from here are inspiring and wide open. The cabin stays pretty cool because of the trees that surround it and a ridge to the west that gives you some late afternoon shade. The cabin is connected by a 100 yard treelined driveway with a gate half way down. Low clearance vehicles --would need some work at leveling in areas.
