Thanks for dropping by. I’m a 1910(ish) Craftsman in Portland’s Overlook neighborhood. I have a very bright disposition and plenty of room for everyone. I fancy myself a timeless beauty with the necessary improvements to keep me going strong. Lucky to have had caretakers who knew to keep my quirks, charm, character, and all the little details that make me me. I offer 4 bedrooms—2 upstairs and 2 downstairs—along with 2 full bathrooms and a convenient half bath off the mudroom. My kitchen and bathrooms have been mindfully updated. A few years ago, a separate ADU designed and built by Neil Kelly appeared in what used to be a studio—ideal for guests, extra income, creative pursuits or intergenerational living. It is quite accessible, no stairs, amazing light and a step-in shower. The back garden is peaceful. It is filled with gorgeous plantings, blueberry bushes, and even space for chickens. The pergola seems to be a favorite spot, perfect for enjoying quiet mornings or for retreating at any time of day. I am a bit of a TV star.
