First month rent and a security of $2500.00 plus cleaning of $250 is required prior to move in. If rented weekly, rent is $1600.00 a week, $500 Securtiy and $100 cleaning charge. House is a duplex with floor over floor units. This unit is on the first floor. Other tenant has been there 5 years.
