This bright and clean 2005 mobile home is located in Colonial Village in Somersworth NH. There are 2 bedrooms (1 on each end of the home) 1 full bathroom, and a 3/4 bathroom. Lots of cabinets and counter space in the open kitchen and dining area. Laminate wood flooring in the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. There is an entire suite at the back of the home with a nice large bedroom, a walk in closet and a 3/4 bathroom with lots of cabinet and counter space as well as a skylight. The living room is just as bright with a large window overlooking an 8x12 wood deck for your morning coffee or just to relax. At the front of the home is a 2nd bedroom with a large closet and just outside of that room is a full bathroom that has barely ever been used! The monthly park rent is $585 though if you pay early in the month it is $570. Dogs allowed with some restrictions and must be approved by the park.
