Limited Service Listing Information Only Clause This Listing Agreement is entered into for marketing and informational purposes only. Broker/Listing Agents services under this Agreement are strictly limited to advertising and posting the Property in the MLS and/or other marketing platforms. Owner acknowledges and agrees that: Broker/Listing Agent will not schedule or conduct showings or appointments. Broker/Listing Agent will not respond to property inquiries beyond providing Owners designated contact information. Broker/Listing Agent will not collect, review, or process applications, offers, or supporting documentation. Broker/Listing Agent will not participate in applicant screening, negotiations, or transaction coordination. All inquiries, showing requests, applications, negotiations, and communications regarding the Property shall be directed to and handled solely by Owner or Owners designated representative. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Broker/Listing Agent harmless from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from Owners management of showings, applicant communications, screening decisions, or transaction handling. Owner understands and accepts that Broker/Listing Agent is acting in a limited-service marketing capacity only and is not providing full brokerage or property management services under this Agreement.
