This entire house was gutted in July of 2025. An additional 130 square feet was added to the primary bedroom to accommodate a new closet and primary bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems were fully replaced. The overhead power was removed and rerun underground. All insulation in the exterior walls and attic was brought up to code, and the interior walls were insulated as well. The HVAC system including duct work is brand new with a warranty through O'Brien's Service Company. The roof, windows, and doors are all new. The interior trim and cabinet package are solid wood—no MDF. The exterior was completely stripped of vinyl siding and replaced with Hardie board and batten, with all windows trimmed in Hardie materials.
