This bar is celebrating its 29th anniversary. Open only three nights a week it has been a private club. The new owners may prefer a more traditional bar/tavern business model. Capacity of 125 and paved parking for 60 cars. Two pool tables and a tv viewing/conversation area in the pool room, the main bar area has a dance floor, dj booth, a conversation lounge area, tables, chairs, seating along the dance floor, and a full size bar with seating. The kitchen is very large in the main building and is presently only being used for storage. The SECOND building on the property has been an auxiliary building for the club, but has two bathrooms and a commercial kitchen. The new owner could operate a separate business there.
