There is nothing like spending time in a Forest Service cabin and you will love this one. It is sitting among some old growth trees and easy to get to. It features one bedroom and a remodeled bathroom. Since there are two living rooms, one could be used for more sleeping space in case you want guests to visit. The kitchen has been remodeled with custom made, pine cabinets. It has a stainless steel refrigerator, five burner electric stove, beautiful countertops, a microwave and a deep, farm sink. The rest of the cabin retains the rustic charm you would expect and appreciate. Lots of wood floors and tongue and groove interior walls. One living room has a wood burning stove. That is just the inside! The outside has a large deck and the cabin has been repainted. With the large deck out front, it looks fantastic! The cabin is just a couple of minutes walk to the Santa Ana River. Forest Service cabins will require a cash transaction and there is a yearly lease. There are some restrictions with Forest Service cabins. Among them is the cabin cannot be used for short term (Airbnb) or long term renting.
