This is not a pet friendly property. This 3 bedroom 1 bath home has both old character and charm blended with newer upgrades. You enter this home up the slate sidewalk to the side door where a big covered porch will greet you. The tour begins with the first room being an office, or if you don't need built in shelving and desk, it could be an amazing pantry. Off of this room is the very large eat in country kitchen. There are lots of storage options and plenty of room for a large table and chairs. Note the built in cabinetry. Head down the hallway and you will come to a room on your right, the Living Room, which has a brand new Mini split a/c unit. Across the hallway is the Dining Room, but can be a den, family room, office, you pick. Head up the stairs to the Primary to the Right. It is full of natural light and is large. The Bathroom is next with an updated bath floor. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are further down the hallway. The smaller of the two is on the right and the very nice sized one is on the left. There is a front patio and also a basement. Basement does get some water and not recommended for storage of valuable items. The landlord is looking for all applicants over 18 to have a credit score of 600 or more and have no criminal background. NO PETS! This is a month to month lease.
