What I've gathered from the town is that if it's the use that was immediately previous, these other requirements disappear. If it's the same as previous use then $100 application fee. But this is listing agents interpretation of what the town official explained. Also, it seems taking the store as is condition not doing renovations, makes the town process simpler. All utilities to be paid by the tenant. Snow removal to be done by a tenant. The store is open and roomy and has a lot of charm.
