There is not another Chic-fila until Flowood, or Byram and then again until Laurel. You would also get traffic/business from Pearl because only a few miles from Stadium, Outlet mall, Cavendars, Sam's Club, Bass Pro, Tinseltown Theatre, Mac-n-Bones Putt Putt and many other well known spots to the area! Same with Jacks. There are so many possibilities-seller just wants to sell it and Richland needs it! So much missed opportunity. Bring us an offer! Used to bed a nail salon on this spot. Already ready for sewage, lights, power, water, internet, etc. Continuosly maintained and cut back.
