Sprague

County: New London

The Town of Sprague, incorporated in 1861, is comprised of three villages: Baltic, Hanover, and Versailles.  Sprague is a picturesque turn of the century mill town, which strives to maintain progressive and gracious living for all of the residents.  It is the only town in the area that has three post offices, and is known for the great salmon fishing, canoeing, and picture perfect woods.  The little town of Sprague is located around the banks of the Shetucket River, flowing from Willimantic to Norwich.
