Fairton is a small community located within Fairfield Township, in Cumberland County. It is in the Vineland-Millville metro area. It has a total area of 2.9 miles and a population over 2,000. Recreational amenities include the Cohanzick Country Club. Like much of Cumberland County, the township preserves a strong agricultural base and vast tracts of farmland.
