Manassas VA is a middle-sized town in Northern Virginia. It is known for its American Civil War attractions such as the Battle Field Museum in Old Town and the National Parks Battle Field Park in the northern end of the town. Manassas has a variety of other attractions too, there is a family water park and many smaller parks for picnics, soccer, and baseball/football games. These are administered by the Prince William parks department and are generally free to all residents to use. Close to Interstate 66 it has easy access to many other North Virginia attractions.
