Wildwood Crest bordering Diamond Beach in Lower Township, the City of Wildwood, and the Atlantic Ocean is a relaxed small shore resort and picturesque community at the southern end of New Jersey. It was ranked the second best beach in New Jersey in the 2008 Top 10 Beaches Contest, which was sponsored by the New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium. On the western side is Sunset Lake, a water-sports playground. Crest Harbor draws anglers to a shoreline filled with excursion and party boats. Wildwood Crest is just a short drive to the Atlantic City casinos and the many other interesting, exciting attractions in southern New Jersey.
