All residents are enrolled in a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $49.99 per month, which is required with the rental. The RBP includes renter's insurance, pest control, HVAC air filter delivery, utility setup assistance, and additional resident services. Residents may personalize certain components during onboarding, which may increase or decrease the total monthly amount. More details are provided upon application. If you provide your own renter's insurance policy, the RBP cost will be reduced by the amount of the insurance premium billed by Second Nature Insurance Services (NPN No. 20224621).
